Canadian fishermen call the White-Beaked Dolphin a “squidhound” because squid is one of its favorite foods. They also feed upon fish (haddock, cod, hake, herring, and whiting) as well as crustaceans. Growing to be up to 10 feet long and 750 pounds, White-Beaked Dolphins are known to work together to feed upon fish at the surface.
